As their brainchild, Call Lab’s purpose was designed to offer a 24/7 customer services solution, which today has evolved into a fully-fledged business process outsource (BPO) solution, thus providing outbound and inbound services via its omni-channel contact centre platform.

General Manager Clint Brink is a veteran customer services expert. With decades of experience in the contact centre industry, both locally and internationally. Clint’s expertise and industry insights continually provide Call Lab with exceptional outputs.

CHERYL PAARWATER

With over 20 years’ experience in sales, marketing and operations management across various industries, Cheryl holds qualifications in psychology, marketing and business management. She is currently completing her Executive MBA at the University of Cape Town and is the owner and Managing Director of Call Lab.

WESLEY PEKEUR

Wesley Pekeur heads up the Utilities Division at Call Lab. With industry experience in finance, telecoms, utilities management and IT, Wesley’s key insights elevates Call Lab’s already diverse skill set.
